Shipping policy

Grappz Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase, not counting weekends and holidays, though we try to ship out as soon as they come in if possible. You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.

US orders. Shipping is free on all US orders. US orders ship with USPS. If preferred, you will have an option to pay for expedited shipping with USPS or another carrier. You can review your options at checkout.

International orders. We ship worldwide. The shipping rates and carriers for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country are set by local authorities and covered by the customer.

Tracking. Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package seems lost, email us at team@getgrappz.com and we'll help.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible, and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns. For returns and exchanges, see our Refund Policy (getgrappz.com/policies/refund-policy). We accept returns within 30 days.
